BOX CIRCUIT CLASSES
Members experience the winning combo of boxing and functional training that allowed Floyd to dominate the competition. Half on the floor, half on the bags, members will experience a high-intensity, full-body burn.
BAG WORK CLASSES
A more technical class on Floyd’s fundamental boxing techniques, to help members sharpen their skills and learn from the actual winning combinations from Floyd’s 50-0 career.
CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING
An extended strength and conditioning boxing class combining the best elements of both Boxing HIIT and Power Boxing classes.
